Role OverviewThe Visiting Faculty for People Management will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, facilitating discussions, and guiding students in understanding core and advanced concepts of people management. The faculty member will ensure practical, industry-aligned learning through case studies, activities, and real-world examples.Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum DeliveryConduct engaging classroom sessions on People Management, HR fundamentals, organizational behavior, and related topics.Ensure course content aligns with academic standards and industry expectations.Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and study materials.Student EngagementFacilitate interactive discussions, group activities, and case-based learning.Mentor students and clarify subject-related doubts.Support students in developing interpersonal and managerial skills.Assessment & EvaluationPrepare assignments, quizzes, and evaluation components.Grade assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve student learning.Administrative & Academic ContributionMaintain attendance and academic records.Coordinate with the academic team for scheduling, syllabus updates, and evaluation timelines.Participate in academic meetings or workshops as required.Industry & Practical ExposureIncorporate current HR and people management trends, tools, and practices.Share real-world scenarios, organizational challenges, and best practices.Required QualificationsMaster’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Management, or related field.Prior teaching experience (preferred) or strong industry experience in HR/People Management.Excellent communication and classroom management skills.Preferred SkillsStrong understanding of HR concepts, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational behavior.Ability to deliver practical, activity-based learning.Proficiency in using digital tools and LMS platforms.Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
