MAP Viet Nam is looking for candidates to join our ZARA team as Visual Commercial Merchandising Supervisor working at our stores in HCM City & Hanoi. You have a strong interest in the latest trends and display a track record of product analysis, merchandising and delivering a high level of customer service.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOUAs a Visual Commercial Supervisor, you are responsible for the image and layout of your store, making sure the latest trends and best sellers are represented according to the company specifications, balancing between commerciality and image. Some of your main responsibilities will be:Product/Commercial/Visual ManagementBe responsible for creating and ensuring visually shop floor layout and new lines are merchandised according to/follow the Company guidelines/ operational policies and procedures..Be responsible for implementing and communicating the company merchandising guidelines to the local store to improve sales and customer satisfaction.Perform daily styling of mannequins, display and ensure proper merchandising of the assigned boutique.Help train the standards and interpretation of visual execution.Sales Management: Analyzing the sales reports to identify priorities to work during the following days (opportunities, potential and problem subfamilies).Store Image: Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals according to these priorities. And create a unified and tailored solution for store.Follow up: Gather feedback from Commercials and Store Manager on the week’s proposals and make improvements.Shop-floor & Sales ManagementManaging and motivating the sales team to increase sales and ensure business efficiency.Be aware of the daily and monthly sales target to meet and exceed them.Communicate with the management team on a daily basis with information regarding personnel and productEnsure standards are maintained during the day and at closings.Customer ServiceEnsure a high level of customer service is offered in the storeMonitor and support customer service action plansSolve and manage customer issues as they arise and refer to the senior management team when necessary.Understand and reinforce the company return policySupport customer service with product knowledge and awareness of the New arrivals, Replenishment of best sellers & Offering alternativesHealth & SafetyEnsure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an incident happensBe aware of the risks employees and customers are exposed to and to be aware of safe work practices and company procedures to overcome them.WHAT WE OFFERBe trained in a professional environment.Opportunities to develop career path in fashion retail.Monthly commission bonus.Annual performance bonus.Employee Discount.Parking Allowance.13th month salary based on business actual situation.12 annual leave/year.Social insurance.
