As the brand continues to expand its retail presence and strengthen client engagement across the Middle East, we are seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join the regional team based in Dubai.This is a rare opportunity for a creative and commercially minded professional to take ownership of the visual expression of a globally recognised luxury maison across one of its most dynamic and fast-evolving regions.The RoleThe Visual Merchandising Manager will be responsible for translating global design concepts into regionally relevant executions that inspire clients, strengthen brand storytelling, and drive commercial performance. Acting as the regional custodian of visual identity, this individual will ensure excellence and consistency across boutiques, partner stores, and special activations throughout the Middle East.The role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with both creative flair and operational precision, someone capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously, influencing stakeholders, and delivering exceptional brand presentation standards at every touchpoint.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Strategy & ImplementationLocalise and execute the global visual merchandising strategy across boutiques and retail partners throughout the GCC and Levant.Oversee the planning, coordination, and installation of seasonal campaigns, window concepts, and in-store animations.Collaborate closely with global and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment on design direction, product focus, and commercial objectives.Maintain a comprehensive VM calendar, ensuring timely rollouts, consistent execution, and impactful visibility across all points of sale.Manage and optimise VM materials, assets, and display inventories to ensure effective utilisation across the network.Retail & Commercial SupportPartner with retail and operations teams to translate product priorities, launches, and stock dynamics into effective visual strategies.Ensure visual presentation enhances client experience and supports sales performance.Participate in the planning and execution of boutique openings, refurbishments, and key commercial events.Continuously assess competitor activity and identify opportunities to elevate brand presence in the region.Training & DevelopmentCoach boutique teams and partner VM representatives to uphold brand standards and deliver excellence in visual execution.Conduct store visits to evaluate implementation, provide constructive feedback, and share best practices.Act as the regional point of contact for all visual merchandising queries and guidance.Project Management & ReportingOversee the end-to-end execution of regional projects, including budget management, timelines, and supplier coordination.Provide regular reporting, visual documentation, and feedback to global headquarters on implementation and market observations.Support the marketing and retail teams with visuals and layouts for key regional events and activations.Profile & BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, or a related field.Minimum 6–10 years’ experience in visual merchandising within the luxury fashion, jewellery, or watch industry.Proven experience working across multiple markets, ideally within the Middle East.Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail, balance, and brand storytelling.Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in English; Arabic or French is advantageous.Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
