The team understands that a satisfied customer is Vodafone’s biggest investment and should keep in mind the old retail adage: Customers remember the service a lot longer than they remember the price Vodapro is the one place for all customer solutions and provide customers with a digital edge List of duties:Appointment booking and training sessions for CustomersContent Transfer (contacts, photos, messages, etc.) to the new deviceWalk out Working with New DeviceTake the lead with digital hybrid journeys in store – driving app penetration and empower customers to self-top up and pay their bills through the my Vodafone appDrive & Promote Trade ins performance within the teamSet up accounts (Email, Facebook, iCloud, etc.) and install applicationsDrive and promote in store Repair service and liaise with onsite EngineerDeep Dive Care issues and take handovers of difficult care escalationsDemonstrate device capabilities and learn / train in new featuresUnlock accounts and reset passwordsUnlock device pattern and display codeSynchronize data in the cloud (Gmail, iCloud)Troubleshoot device software problemsDevice software updateBe a leader in New Tech launching in Irish Market & Brief local teamWork with the team on identifying VAS sales and opportunities
