Company Description The Femi Olutoye Foundation (FOF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing health and gender equity across Nigeria. Guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 3 (Good Health and Well-Being) and 5 (Gender Equality), FOF implements strategic, community-based health programs that transform lives and strengthen communities. Role Description This is a volunteer role with the Femi Olutoye Foundation (FOF). The Volunteer will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of health and gender equity programs within the community, conducting outreach activities, and supporting program management tasks. This is a hybrid role, located in Oshogbo, but some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in community outreach and engagementKnowledge of health and gender equity issuesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePassion for nonprofit work and community developmentPrevious experience in a volunteer role is a plus
