Following our successful Series A, we are scaling at full speed – and growth is at the heart of our strategy. We are looking for a VP Growth who will lead and unify four strategic functions: Marketing, Experiences, and Product.This role is a cross-functional leadership mandate. You work closely with each function’s leadership (Head Marketing, Lead Product, Lead Experiences, the Inside Sales teams) and with properti’s Mission Teams:Listing GrowthCustomer Experience (Sellers, Buyers, Landlords)Your mission:Design, build and run a systemic Growth Engine that aligns all functions behind one funnel and one set of KPIs.Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy & Execution (in deep collaboration with Mission Leads)Build properti’s Growth Strategy aligned with Mission objectivesTranslate strategy into cross-functional execution with Product, Marketing, Experiences and Inside SalesOrchestrate Mission Teams to drive the funnel end-to-endLead growth experiments, A/B testing, rapid MVPs and AI-powered optimisations2. Cross-Functional Operating ModelAlign roadmaps, resources, priorities and KPIs across teamsDefine clear ownership boundaries and decision-making processesEnable high-speed execution by removing blockers between teamsCreate a unified cadence3. Product & AI for Growth (empower Lead Product)Influence and shape the product roadmap to drive funnel improvementsEnsure AI is integrated across customer and agent journeysWork with Mission Leads and to build forecasting, attribution and insight-to-action loops4. Marketing & Brand (empower Head Marketing)Oversee segmentation, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content, lifecycle and brandDrive scalable lead acquisition with strong messaging and positioningBuild campaigns aligned to Mission objectives and funnel goalsStrengthen Properti’s market presence and category leadership5. Experiences & CX (empower Lead Experiences / CX)Design world-class customer journeys for sellers, buyers and landlordsBuild properti’s Experience Engine: events, community, trust-building touchpointsncrease NPS, retention and lifetime value through measurable improvements6.
