PurposeSupport design, develop and deliver business analytics & performance tracking deliverables across portfolio (e.g. Launch Trackers, Performance Reviews).Support International implementation of Patient & Market forecast models by models’ localization and consolidationSupport Marketing & STF HUB team & I&A IBT Delegates to deliver high quality, timely and actionable analytics for Brand Teams.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop the business analytics & performance tracking deliverables across portfolio to proactively plan, manage and execute commercial data modeling and scenario analysis.Deliver high quality, timely and actionable analytics that characterize opportunities and risks and translate into clear management recommendations with associated implications for the business.Support continuous improvement efforts across international business analytics including, but not limited to innovation in advanced analytics approaches, identification of new data where required and function capabilitiesSupport International implementation of Patient & Market forecast models by models localization and consolidationQualificationsDegree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Engineering. MBA or PhD or other post graduate degree preferred5 yrs of experience in Pharma customer & market insights generation, forecasting, omnichannel orchestration, SFE and advance data analyticsExperience in working with Above-market, global or international commercial and marketing teamsKnowledge of forecasting and modelling approaches and toolsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)Understanding and experience working with BI Solutions, Data Management and Warehousing (Desired)Advance proficiency of Python programming language - > Proficiency in SQL / Python programming language (Desired)Our BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well-being a priority.
