VP Implementation — AI - Location: London / HybridWe’re supporting a high-growth AI vendor — scaling fast, backed by tier-one investors, and now hiring a VP Implementation to take their post-sales engine to the next level.This role owns the full implementation motion: onboarding, deployment, delivery, and the frameworks that make customers successful at scale. You’ll shape the playbooks, build the team, and be the go-to operator for complex enterprise rollouts.The RoleLead and grow the implementation function (process, people, playbooks).Own customer onboarding end-to-end and drive meaningful time-to-value.Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and CS to tighten the full GTM loop.Personally drive high-stakes or enterprise deployments.Build scalable KPIs and delivery frameworks as the business goes global.What You’ll NeedStrong SaaS implementation or professional services background (8+ years).Experience scaling teams in a fast-moving, high-growth SaaS environment.Comfortable building structure from scratch and owning big operational problems.Enterprise delivery experience A bias for speed, clarity, and operational excellence.Ideally high calibre education background (Russell Group University, MSc or MBA as an example)Why Join?Key leadership role in a category-defining AI scale-up.Huge scope — build the function your way.circa £130k salary + 25% bonus (varying depending on candidate experience)If you want to be at the centre of one of the most interesting vertical AI plays in Europe, drop NineTech a message for the full brief.
