VP, Insurance Demand Generation & Strategy

Job descriptionAre you a performance-driven marketing leader with a passion for customer acquisition, digital strategy, and innovation in the insurance space? We’re looking for a Vice President to lead our US insurance lead generation efforts, driving growth across paid media, SEO, partnerships, and conversion funnels.This is a unique opportunity to help scale a high-impact business line within a fast-growing organization. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, tech, and external partners to develop and optimize a best-in-class insurance lead-gen engine.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the strategy for US insurance lead generation, driving growth, lead quality, and performance.Take ownership of key business metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.Lead marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, affiliates, and content to acquire high-intent users.Optimize landing pages, funnels, and user journeys to improve conversion rates and ROI.Build and manage relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and affiliate partners.Leverage data and analytics to refine acquisition strategy, enhance channel efficiency, and support decision-making.Ensure all activities comply with US insurance regulations and data privacy standards.Key RequirementsDeep understanding of the US insurance market (e.g. auto, health, life, home) and relevant regulations.Proven success in lead generation, including SEO, paid media, affiliate marketing, and funnel optimization.Experience scaling growth in insurtech, financial services, or digital performance marketing businesses.Demonstrated ability to build and manage partnerships with insurance carriers, brokers, and affiliates.Highly analytical, with a strong command of marketing performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.Entrepreneurial and hands-on, with a comfort level in fast-paced, high-growth environments.If you have the right experience and are excited about this opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
