You’ll lead a high-performing team of Regional Facilities Managers and Technicians to keep our clubs running smoothly, safely, and at peak performance._______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________You AreA strategic facilities leader who combines vision with hands-on execution to keep every club running at its best.A coach and builder of high-performing teams, empowering Regional Managers and Technicians to grow, excel, and own their results.A detail-obsessed operator who ensures every treadmill, HVAC system, and light switch reflects the Crunch standard of excellence.A data-driven problem solver who uses metrics and maintenance insights to anticipate issues before they impact members.A partner and collaborator, working cross-functionally with Operations, Construction, and Marketing to deliver seamless member experiences.A vendor relationship expert who knows how to negotiate, evaluate, and hold partners accountable for top-tier service.A resilient and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment and brings calm, focus, and urgency to every challenge.A champion of brand and experience, ensuring every Crunch facility feels inspiring, functional, and ready to make history.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________What Success Looks LikeTalent Pipeline & Staffing Stability: Builds strong succession plans across Area and District Maintenance roles, ensuring consistent development and always maintaining par-level staffing to support uninterrupted operational excellence.Facility Excellence: Delivers gyms that consistently achieve Five Stars on the Brand Audit, maintaining the highest standards of presentation, safety, and member experience.Operational Responsiveness: Ensures all work orders are resolved within three days or less across the region, demonstrating proactive issue management and a culture of accountability.Cost Optimization: Continuously identifies opportunities to reduce Repair & Maintenance (R&M) expenses through intelligent purchasing, strategic vendor partnerships, and effective inventory management.______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ResponsibilitiesSupport up to 30 gyms and have two direct reports (regional facilities managers), who each oversee 3-5 techniciansAbility to coach, develop and train regional facility technicians, both in person and remotely.Achieve per gym Facility/Equipment standards of: Equipment % Working: 99% or greater, Open Work Orders of 5 or less, and Average Age of Open work orders of 5 days or less through facility teamsPerform club inspection/audit for the region each quarter to ensure a positive member experience that represents the Crunch Fitness brand.Accountable for work order management, ensuring low down time of equipmentSupport various degrees of grand opening - from site readiness, equipment readiness and ensure marketing standards are met.Identify, evaluate, and build strong relationships with key external vendors such as cleaning, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service providers.Ensure consistent service quality and operational support across all locations by managing vendor performance in partnership with Regional and Market Leaders.Partner on strategic CapEx projectsHire, train, and develop District Maintenance Technicians as needed.Ensure Quality Assurance for facilities & equipment in the regionEnsure and follow up on all complete scheduled preventative maintenance on all building systems.Expert in all functions and systems of the fitness facility and gym equipment.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred but not required.5 years minimum management experience in building maintenance or retail maintenance preferred but not required.Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems required.Ability to communicate effectively and use office equipment including a computer.Must be 18 years of age or older.Must possess a valid driver’s license.________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Physical RequirementsAbility to bend, lift, and carry in excess of 100 lbsContinual standing and walking during shiftWill occasionally encounter toxic chemicals________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________BenefitsSalaried Flexible PTOPaid HolidaysSubsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full time positionsEmployer Paid Basic Life and AD&DHSAShort-term disability Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance for employee, child, and spouseFree gym membership 10 days sabbatical after 5th year of employment________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________TravelUp to 100% -
