This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing integrated brand strategies and campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and advocacy for responsible brand.This role is pivotal in shaping the future of brand, requiring visionary and practical leadership, commercial acumen, and a relentless focus on delivering results that advance both patient outcomes and organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end brand marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global and local objectives, coordinating with authorized distributors for product availability and adapting plans to evolving market dynamics and customer needs.Lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven marketing strategic plans, operational plans and campaigns in compliance with GSK policies and local regulations that maximize brand impact, leveraging omnichannel approaches and best-in-class digital tools.Drive cross-functional collaboration with medical, commercial, regulatory, and external partners to ensure aligned and seamless execution, cohesive brand messaging and to support product access through approved channels.Be fully accountable for brand performance, including achievement of brand profitability targets, with direct responsibility for budget management, forecasting, and performance analytics.Champion GSK’s Ahead Together culture within the marketing team – ensuring everyone is amibitous for patients, accountable for impact and doing the right thing.Monitor and respond to market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights, proactively identifying opportunities and mitigating risks to ensure brand's sustained success.Regularly engage with EEs and HCPs to gather insight and ensure plans are aligned to customer needsUphold the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct, ensuring all activities adhere to internal policies and country regulations.Actively participate in the Marketing Leadership Team driving cross-brand opportunities, operational improvements and leading the development of a high-performance team cultureRequirements:Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or Medicine relatedMinimum 6-8 years’ experience in marketing/commercial Expert in understanding account needs and campaign developmentExpert in strategic marketing competenciesProficient in analytics and performance managementCapable of working across boundaries and functional areasGood in communication skillsCompetent in working in multicultural environmentHave people management capabilitiesHighly resilient and agileWhy GSK?Uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.GSK is a global biopharma company with a purpose to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.
