Our resort is a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, affiliated with Hilton.ABOUT US:Our resort features 14 exclusive villas with 22 luxurious rooms. Hidden Gem Restaurant & Wine Lounge offers an exquisite dining experience with farm-to-table cuisine, complemented by a carefully curated wine selection, including more than 50 wines by the glass, one of the largest selections in the region.WHO WE ARE:Our resort was founded by entrepreneur, hotelier, and entertainer Max Loong, who is also a certified sommelier and a WSET diploma holder (level 4). We are a close-knit team, dedicated to delivering outstanding service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.THE ROLE:We are looking for a passionate waiter / butler with a keen interest in fine dining and wine. This entry-level role offers the potential to grow into a junior sommelier or even a butler position.
