This is not simply our job, it’s our passion.Job SummaryA room server will Endeavour to provide the highest level of customer service to our guests at all times in the room & suite.Beverage, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic in nature, as well as some food items, will be provided to our guests in a timely manner.Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesDisplay knowledge of the suite food menu, wine & liquor menu, employee handbook.Must understand all aspects of the training manual and use as reference when necessaryMust listen and respond to customer complaints (acknowledge, apologize, ect)Must maintain proper suites policies/procedures at all timePerform standardized opening and closing suites procedures (as outlined in the staff training manual)Must work well individually and as part of a team.Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and acceptable levels of department appearance at all times.Required to work on flexibility hours & on occasion be available to cover shiftsAlways come prepared for a shift with a note pad, corkscrew, bottle opener, and pen.Must handle cash, be familiar with credit/debit card procedures, and be responsible for sum of money at times.Must be courteous, pleasant, and well groomed at all times.Must attend and participate in all training sessions and staff meetings throughout the seasonProvide the highest level of customer service to both internal/external customers in a professional and hospitable manner.Must carry out all other duties as delegated by the superior.Responsible for organizing, maintaining and cleaning of the there department & still room.Act in the capacity of a shift leader when required.About YouMust have completed smart serve beverage & food service trainingPrevious serving experience an assetAbility to work in a fast paced environmentExcellent customer service skillsMinimum school certificateThird language if possibleFood Handler's CertificateOur brand is expanding faster than ever before.
