Wardrobe Attendant

ResponsibilitiesProvide prompt, professional, and courteous service to all internal guests. Use creativity to enhance the Wardrobe department's ambiance and service quality. Demonstrate a sense of care and individuality in addressing guest needs. Notify supervisors of any guest needs requiring special attention or accommodations. Acknowledge and show special recognition to frequent guests. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times. Welcome guests warmly, express appreciation for their patronage, and encourage their return. Maintain a well-groomed appearance consistently. Stay informed about facility services, promotions, and events to provide guests with relevant information. Ensure all uniforms meet company standards.

Manage uniform exchanges and inspect garment bags. Receive uniforms from departing team members and issue receipts accordingly. Support office functions like filing and inventory management. Handle dry cleaning check-ins and distribution. Foster cooperation and effective communication among team members. Project a positive and helpful attitude consistently. Accept constructive criticism and direction from supervisors. Contribute to the organization's success by focusing on accomplishments and helping colleagues improve performance. Assist new team members in acclimating to their work environment voluntarily. Demonstrate punctuality and flexibility in scheduling, including overtime or changes in working hours.

QualificationsProficiency in operating specific equipment related to the role. Ability to discern between various colors. Capacity to work efficiently under time constraints and prioritize tasks effectively. Successful completion of the pre-employment process. Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays. Basic computer skills. Demonstrated initiative and capability to work independently.
