Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Suva for a Warehouse and Logistics Officer. The role involves managing warehouse operations, coordinating logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining inventory control. Responsibilities include streamlining warehouse processes, ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders, monitoring stock levels, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. The Warehouse and Logistics Officer will liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize the supply chain and meet organizational goals. Qualifications Warehouse and Inventory Management skills, including stock control, order fulfillment, and inventory accuracy.Logistics and Supply Chain Coordination skills to schedule shipments, monitor freight, and ensure timely deliveries.Organizational and Time Management skills to oversee operations, manage priorities, and meet deadlines efficiently.Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or related software, and general computer literacy.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with team members, suppliers, and customers.Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards as well as compliance with logistics policies and procedures.Prior experience in warehouse or logistics roles is preferred, and a certification in Supply Chain or Logistics is an advantage.
