Job Description:Coordinate and oversee the efficient management of inventory, warehouse operations, and donations, ensuring proper control, traceability, and accurate distribution of received goods. Additionally, lead the organization’s monitoring and evaluation processes, ensuring compliance with program indicators, the consolidation and analysis of statistical data, and maintaining high standards of information quality and institutional accountability.Responsibilities and DutiesCoordinate the comprehensive management of inventories, warehouse operations, and in-kind donations, ensuring proper control, traceability, and accurate distribution of all received goods.Oversee the processes of receiving, storing, releasing, and delivering goods, ensuring updated and accurate records in Salesforce and other systems.Conduct physical inventories and monthly reconciliations, promptly reporting any missing, damaged, or expired items.Prepare and consolidate statistical reports, databases, and program indicators while maintaining high standards of accuracy and information quality.Support institutional Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) processes by reviewing results, verifying project traceability, and ensuring compliance with program indicators.Manage documentation, verifications, and procedures required by government institutions, customs authorities, and Headquarters.Supervise the Warehouse Assistant and ensure adherence to operational and safety protocols.Collaborate with Headquarters and the National Director on reporting, shipments, budgeting, and compliance matters.Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesUniversity intern or recent graduate in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of two years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, statistical monitoring, teamwork, staff supervision, and analytical capacity.Fluency in written and spoken English, as all reporting and communication with Headquarters are conducted in English.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and required technology.Experience working in a nonprofit or humanitarian/development organization is preferred but not required.Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative information and produce accurate reports.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
