Warehouse Division Manager

Overview:We are seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at SAPPE. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic supply chain plans for our new warehouse. Your key responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing sales data from domestic and international markets to forecast demand and manage the supply chain according to customer needs and company goals.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all activities within the warehouse, from inbound receiving to outbound loading, ensuring efficient and timely operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, production planning, procurement, and quality control to ensure seamless coordination of warehouse activities with other departments.Contribute to the development and implementation of warehouse operations strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency, improve inventory accuracy, space utilization, and reduce operating costs.Lead and manage a diverse team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high productivity and morale.Utilize experience in warehouse automation, particularly Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), to enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management and operation flow.Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all warehouse personnel.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience of 8 years+ in warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG industry.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a large team.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and distribution processes.Experience with warehouse automation technologies, particularly ASRS, is highly desirable.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving process improvements.Effective communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
