We are now inviting talented professionals to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.Job ResponsibilitiesLast-Mile Resource Development and Management: Lead the development of local delivery resources in Europe to ensure effective support for daily and peak-period last-mile services. Establish a supplier evaluation system to assess and manage suppliers based on dimensions such as timeliness and cost.Product Planning and Cost Optimization: Conduct research on market demand for European last-mile services, prepare competitive analysis reports, and develop product roadmaps. Meanwhile, build cost models to dynamically and continuously optimize pricing and costs.Operation Monitoring and Customer Response: Monitor key indicators of the last-mile chain (e.g., timeliness, damage rate), create data dashboards, and establish a rapid response mechanism for abnormalities. Collect customer feedback, convert it into product optimization requirements, and drive the iteration of supplier services.Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Data Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customer solutions, provide training on last-mile products, and assist in bidding for key customer projects. Coordinate with the technical team to advance API integration of the last-mile system and realize the digitalization of data.Job RequirementsExperience Background: At least 5 years of experience in European cross-border logistics operations, with a track record of leading last-mile supplier negotiations (annual contract value ≥ €5 million). Familiar with EU VAT regulations, EORI customs clearance procedures, and local delivery laws (e.g., Germany’s Lieferdienstgesetz [Delivery Services Act]).Core Competencies: Proficient in logistics cost accounting models and capable of conducting cost analysis; skilled in complex business negotiation techniques and have successfully led the signing of annual contracts worth over €10 million; familiar with EU logistics regulations (e.g., VAT, EORI, GDPR) and local delivery rules.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (TOEFL ≥ 100); German proficiency at B2 level is a plus.Qualities: Possess a holistic supply chain mindset, able to coordinate the European team in reserve capacity for peak periods; strong pressure resistance to adapt to the seasonal fluctuations of cross-border logistics; capable of leading the development of contingency plans for sudden risks.
