Warehouse & Logistics Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize our logistics center in Russia. This role will drive operational excellence while building a high-performing team in a dynamic supply chain environment.Key Responsibilities-Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping-Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counts and stock audits-Lead and develop warehouse team through coaching, training and performance management-Implement and enhance operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs-Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies-Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum operational efficiency-Utilize WMS to monitor operations and generate performance reports-Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, sales and transportation teams-Resolve operational discrepancies and implement preventive measuresWho You Are-3+ years warehouse supervisory/management experience-English fluency essential - both written and verbal-Proven expertise in warehouse operations and inventory management-WMS proficiency and strong MS Office skills-Excellent leadership and team development capabilities-Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail-Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-priority environment-Automotive parts industry background beneficialWhat We Offer-Leadership role in international supply chain operations-Career growth with global logistics group-Competitive compensation package-Professional development opportunities
