Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor

Work Location: Cebu (onsite)Salary: 35-40,000 max/monthJob Responsibilities:-Work with Sales & Ops to plan supply and adjust inventory-Ensure biosecurity for all inbound & outbound logistics-Oversee warehousing, cold chain, and carcass logistics-Manage pull-outs and deliveries of live animals & agri-products️-Monitor internal fleet and 3rd-party trucking compliance-Prepare and communicate inventory reports-Recommend process improvements across departments-Maintain supply chain documentation and SOPsQualifications:-Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field-3–5 years in logistics or inventory (agri/food industry a plus)-Experience in cold chain, fleet management, and inventory tools-Strong coordination with Sales, Ops, Finance & IT-Detail-oriented with great problem-solving skills-Agile, analytical, and eager to improve processes
