This role offers the chance to build and lead our fulfillment operation, shaping exceptional customer delivery nationwide.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to design, launch, and oversee our in-house warehouse and fulfillment operations. Ideal for an entrepreneurial builder, this role covers setup, SOPs, team management, logistics, and automation to create a compliant, scalable operation.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Setup & InfrastructureDesign efficient warehouse layouts for multiple SKUsInstall racking, labeling, climate control, and securityDevelop SOPs for receiving, picking, packing, shippingBuild scalable systems for growthFulfillment & LogisticsManage inbound/outbound logistics, fulfillment, and returnsCoordinate with 3PLs, carriers, and teams to optimize cost and speedOversee daily orders via Shopify, ShipStation, ShipHeroTrack KPIs: inventory accuracy, fulfillment rate, shipping errors, cost per orderTeam Leadership & CultureRecruit, train, and manage staffLead stand-ups, reviews, and schedulingMaintain a safe, organized, GMP-compliant warehouseFoster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementInventory & ComplianceEnsure real-time inventory accuracyConduct cycle counts and auditsImplement GMP-compliant storage/handlingCollaborate with QA on FDA/DSHEA complianceTechnology & Continuous ImprovementSelect and integrate WMS, label printing, and shipping toolsAutomate eCommerce–warehouse data flowApply Lean/Six Sigma to boost efficiency and reduce wasteContinuously improve cost, accuracy, and throughputQualificationsRequired:7+ years in warehouse/fulfillment management (DTC/eCommerce/CPG preferred)Experience building or scaling warehouses, ideally 3PL to in-houseStrong GMP, FDA, DSHEA compliance knowledgeSkilled in Shopify, ShipStation, ShipHero, or similarExpertise in inventory control, forecasting, KPI trackingExperience hiring, training, managing teamsProficient in Excel/Google Sheets, reportingKnowledge of shipping carriersOSHA certification or safety program experiencePreferred:Dietary supplement, food, or cosmetic industry experienceLean/Six Sigma backgroundWMS/ERP and barcode system familiarityMechanical aptitude for equipment/conveyorsWho You AreA hands-on leader balancing strategy and execution, detail-oriented, organized, data-driven, and an effective communicator.
