At the heart of healthcare.About The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who will be responsible for the daily operations at our warehouse in Sweden, Kungsbacka. The focus will be on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and lean management principles. You will lead a dynamic team in an environment characterized by a strong customer focus and high operational standards.Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?Develop and report on operational logistics (warehouse) policy plans for the mid and long term.Ensure operational performance and customer satisfaction, taking corrective actions as needed.Align with Supply & Demand teams regarding inbound goods, supplier management, and performance.Collaborate closely with Customer Service and Sales Planning on outbound flow and customer service development.Establish and manage staffing plans to optimize quality and quantity of personnel.Drive operational excellence, warehouse process improvements, and lean initiatives.Lead and develop the middle management team, supervising 4 group managers.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety (Arbetsmiljö), Quality Assurance (QA), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) standards.Monitor, report, and achieve departmental results (quantitative, qualitative, and financial).Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?Completed higher education: Högskoleutbildning/Universitetsexamen preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.10+ years of leadership experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.Background in Retail/Wholesale (combining B2B and B2C).Experience in managing Distribution Centers with at least 100 employees (FTE) in multiple shifts.Experience working with modern warehouse mechanization and automation.Familiarity with complex processes/services in the healthcare market is an advantage.Knowledge of IFS/Astro systems is a plus.Proven Lean Management expertise.English and Swedish language skills.Apply directly on our careers page: CareersatMediq.comLocation: KungsbackaMediq is a leading European healthcare company with a 125-year legacy, operating in 14 countries with over 3,000 employees.
