We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse lead to our warehouse and distribution center. In this role, you will be assisting the warehouse supervisors on managing the day to day activities of the warehouse workers.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMove merchandise utilizing pallet jacks, forklift, etc.Properly receive, stack and store material and/or products per warehouse guidelinesPull orders and pack and wrap boxes for shipmentOverseas load and unload company trucksProperly receive, stack and store material and/or products per warehouse guidelinesSupervise workers to pull orders and pack and wrap boxes for shipmentProcess basic shipping and receiving paperworkAdhere to company warehouse policies and proceduresObserve safety and security proceduresFollow SOP, meet productivity standards, including completing work to meet daily demand and quality Additional duties may be assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Minimum 3 years working in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.Ability to lift 40 lbs. and ability to utilize a “buddy system” for products weighing more than 50 lbs.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of basic computer skills, MS Office preferred.Ability to do basic math calculations.Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness.English proficiency, Dutch is a plus!Salary RangeEEO StatementSupermicro is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity in our employee population.
