We clearly aim to be our customers’ first choice.Job Description: Order processing, invoicing, arranging shipments with transporters, communication with Regional offices generating e-waybills, coordination with the 3PL, inventory checks.Attending audit quries and preparing audit records. Mainting of shipment records.Monitoring of shipment details updataion in BPCS. Verifiying vendor Bills for payment process. Qualification, Skills, and Experience: Graduation in any discipline; Minimum 3+ years of experience in the field of warehousing and invoicing.Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and logistics coordination.Proficiency in using ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.Attention to detail and organizational ability.Key competencies required for this role: Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with all functions for the good of EpirocBusiness oriented and able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levelsOpenness to change and reactivenessWell organized and focused on continuous improvement - there is always a better way!Passion and commitment towards the best interest of the companyAbility to work in a teamLocation: India, Bhiwandi.The last date of application would be 10 days from the date of posting.It all starts with people.
