Warehouse Specialist

BIZ Courier & Logistics is looking to onboard a Warehouse Specialist to help reinforce operational flow at the 3PL Logistics Warehouse in Bolzano, Italy as part of our milestone collaboration BIZ by FERCAM (BBF S.R.L).This role is suitable for candidates with 2-3 years hands-on warehouse experience looking to build their career in a modern fulfillment facility at a central area of Bolzano.The working schedule is full-time, on-site.ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and execution of inbound goodsConduct picking, sorting, packing, stock replenishment and preparation for dispatchUse warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipmentEnsure warehouse tidiness, order and safety complianceFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support accuracy and efficiencyReport operational tasks and collaborate with management to resolve issuesCandidate ProfilePrior exposure to e-commerce fulfillment considered an advantageTeam player with strong attention to detailCompetent speaker of the English and Italian languagesComfortable using computers and warehouse software (ERP/WMS)Relevant vocational or technical training preferredAwareness of warehouse safety protocolsCompetent driving a ForkliftWhat We OfferWorking environment based on standard procedures and modern toolsOpportunities for progression on offerHighly competitive salary and micro-perksCoffee, snacks and restaurant available onsite
