We’re looking for a skilled Warehouse Supervisor/Dispatcher to oversee our daily warehouse activities and drive operational excellence.In this role, you will lead warehouse staff, ensure seamless receiving, storage, and dispatching of materials, and maintain high standards in safety, inventory accuracy, and workflow optimization. You’ll be the key link between warehouse teams and management to ensure our operations run efficiently and consistently deliver for our customers.What You’ll Do• Oversee daily warehouse operations including dispatching, receiving, and storage• Maintain a safe, secure, and well-organized warehouse environment• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, fostering a productive team culture• Ensure 5S housekeeping standards and strict adherence to HSSE/OSHA protocols• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and stock control• Coordinate and monitor order picking, sales orders, and export order processes• Optimize workflows to reduce cost and increase efficiency• Schedule maintenance of warehouse equipment, machinery, and vehicles• Report weekly KPIs and operational metrics to management• Implement continuous improvement and best-practice warehouse systemsWhat We’re Looking For✔ 5+ years’ experience in Warehouse, Inventory, or Logistics Management✔ Proven experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced environment✔ Strong understanding of modern warehousing practices✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills✔ Certification in Warehousing & Inventory Management (an asset)Why Join Us?This is your opportunity to take ownership of a critical function, lead a strong team, and help shape efficient, safe, and customer-focused warehouse operations.
