Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mobile Service Technician located in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. The technician will perform mobile phone repairs, diagnose technical issues, replace parts, and test device functionality. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory for repair components, and adhering to quality standards. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized workspace and staying updated on the latest mobile technology trends and repair methods. Qualifications Proficiency in mobile phone diagnostic and repair skills, including hardware replacement and software troubleshootingStrong organizational and inventory management skillsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical usersTechnical knowledge of Apple and Samsung devices is highly desirableAttention to detail and commitment to delivering quality servicePrevious experience in a similar role or relevant technical certification is an assetAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
