As a Data Processing Technician, you’ll turn massive scan datasets into clean, validated, well-structured information that our Reality Capture and Engineering teams rely on. You’ll work in technical tools, improve workflows, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure that client data stays accurate, secure, and ready for action.This is a remote role open to candidates located in Trinidad & Tobago.What You’ll DoProcess and validate 3D laser scan data to ensure accuracy, structure, and correct file namingUse remote desktops to connect to powerful 3D computing machines to process 3D data with vendor-provided software packagesCommunicate constantly in Slack, Asana, and comments so nothing gets lost, blocked, or delayedPerform Data QA/QC checks in alignment with quality checklists and with guidance from your supervisorHand off work at the end of every shift to teammates in other time zones — keeping projects moving 24/7Follow documented SOPs and help improve them when you see gaps, inefficiencies, or outdated stepsTroubleshoot processing issues as they come up, and escalate recurring issues to senior team membersEnsure data security and follow privacy protocols every step of the wayStay aligned with Ei Core Values — especially responsiveness, ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvementWho You AreSkills & ExperienceVersed with computer usage (Windows required, Linux preferred), downloading, moving, zipping, and transferring large filesSkilled in Asana, Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft Office, and ExcelFoundational experience or willingness to learn survey/data processing tools. Technical StrengthsStrong analytical thinking and attention to detailExcellent pattern recognition (think solving 3D jigsaw puzzle problems)Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and verballyComfortable multitasking and managing priorities.
