Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description :* Supervise receiving, inspection, and documentation of inbound goods.* Verify quantity and quality of goods against purchase orders.* Ensure proper storage, organization, and system entry of stock.* Monitor inventory levels, update stock data, and investigate discrepancies.* Coordinate with suppliers and clients on delivery schedules and quality standards.* Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs.* Supervise order picking, packing, and labeling to meet SLA standards.* Oversee shipping preparation and coordinate timely delivery with logistics.* Monitor loading processes to ensure secure and efficient space usage.* Track performance metrics (accuracy, SLA compliance, speed) and resolve operational issues.* Lead, supervise, and develop warehouse staff, managing schedules and task assignments.Qualification :* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).* Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.* Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory practices.* Demonstrated leadership, team management, and communication skills.* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.* Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.* Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and compliance.* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
