An exciting opportunity to be apart of an industrial services leader in Perth, WA.Warehouse SupervisorPermanent Full TimeMonday to Friday (5:2)38hr weekLocation: Perth, WACompetitive Salary Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of warehouse personnel.Proven supervisory experience is essential to successfully lead and motivate the warehouse team.Safeguard inventory quality by ensuring all stock is stored correctly and workplace risks such as damage, incidents, or hazards are minimised.Manage all stages of the order fulfilment and dispatch process to ensure timelines and delivery targets are consistently achieved.Operate forklifts and other manual handling equipment for the safe loading and unloading of goods.Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring all staff understand and comply with WHS procedures.About YouHold a current forklift licence.Display a proactive attitude, strong teamwork, and a willingness to assist where needed.Possess excellent time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.Capable of working independently while also contributing positively within a team environment.Reliable, dedicated, and prepared to work additional hours when required to meet operational needs.Maintain a strong commitment to safe work practices and high-quality standards.Have prior warehouse experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years required for this supervisory position.Demonstrate solid communication and interpersonal skills.Must hold full Australian working rights.If you're interested in learning more, please apply via the job ad with your updated CV and contact details.
