Warehouse Supervisor

Job description:Ultrawell OPC urgently needed a Warehouse Supervisor to be assigned in Bulakan, Bulacan.Duties and Responsibilities:● Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.● Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.● Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.● Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.● Communicate job expectations to warehouse employees and provide coaching.● Determine staffing levels and assign workloads.● Interface with customers to address questions or solve problems.● Establish innovative or adjusted work procedures.● Coordinate activities with other departments.Qualifications:● Must have 2 years work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.● Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.● Knowledge of warehouse software packages and proficiency in MS Office.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Strong organizational and time management abilities.● Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.● CAN START ASAP!Benefits:● Company events● Employee discount● Health insurance● Promotion to permanent employeeSend your resume at sky.tolda@ultrawell.ph or message me.
