Guided by our core values Desire, Continuous, Unyielding, Persistent, Effort (DCUPE) we aim to deliver excellence in every project.We are seeking a Waste Management Co-ordinator to join our operations team and play a key role in ensuring compliance, organisation, and efficiency across all projects.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor programmes throughout the Civils process and implement waste management protocols. Carry out line searches and navigate Cadent Section 58s and main oil lines. Assist with the programming of works for contractors. Manage Waste Management Protocol on Street Manager throughout project lifecycles. Support the registration of street work permits. Oversee workflow to ensure client SLAs are met. Prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively. Maintain trackers, schedules, and accurate project reports. Liaise with Local Authorities, clients, and project teams. Manage sub-contractors to ensure timely submission of waste documentation. Create and maintain site files (electronic and physical). Lead weekly calls with sub-contractors and management teams. Skills & ExperienceStrong organisational and prioritisation skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach. Experience in waste management or utilities (desirable). Confident communicator with leadership skills. Ability to take responsibility and work independently. What We OfferCompetitive salary: £28,000 £34,000 per annum (DOE).
