Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager at Fibercom Telecom Phils., Inc. located in Pasig. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strong relationships with clients. Their tasks will include lead generation, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales growth. The role also involves frequent communication and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with clients' needs and expectations. Qualifications Strong skills in Account Management and Customer SatisfactionProven ability in Customer Service and Lead GenerationEffective Communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholdersPrior experience in sales or telecommunications is highly advantageousResilience, proactive mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targetsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
