You’ll own features end-to-end — from architecture to deployment — while ensuring your work is transparent and trackable. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing ideas to life, takes pride in well-structured code, and consistently sees projects through to delivery. Your ResponsibilitiesShip high-quality, production-ready applicationsYour work directly ties to our Project Bonus Policy. Our office is your home base — but you may use up to 3 Flex Days per month to work remotely (booked a month in advance). In summer, the office closes at 1:00 PM on Fridays (June–August). This is a privilege rooted in collective performance and respect for deliverables.Sick Leave PolicyFull-time employees receive 3 paid sick days per year, no questions asked.
