The Technical Support Agent will be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical support and troubleshooting. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to web hosting, and maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical procedures.QualificationsMinimum 2 years’ experience in hosting or domain-related tech supportStrong understanding of Domain Registration, shared hosting, WordPress, Email setup, DNSCustomer-centric with ticketing experienceMust familiar with WHMCS, cPanel, Plesk, WordPressCustomer Support and Customer Satisfaction skillsTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skillsStrong Analytical SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience with web hosting platforms and technologiesBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferredFluent English
