We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Web Project Manager to help us build technically sound, beautifully designed, and strategically aligned websites for our clients.If you love bringing structure and clarity to complex projects and thrive at the intersection of design, strategy, and development — this role is for you.Who You AreA highly organized and proactive project manager who’s passionate about website design and development.Comfortable working closely with designers, developers, and strategists to keep projects aligned and on track.Technically literate — you don’t need to code, but you understand how things work and ask the right questions.Skilled at fostering collaboration, translating ideas into clear tasks, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Confident leading meetings, redirecting conversations, and summarizing next steps with clarity.Experienced with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Jira.Have excellent communication and facilitation skills that keep clients and teammates aligned.Can bridge technical and creative discussions with confidence and clarity.Bring a calm, empathetic, and confident presence that helps teams stay grounded and focused under pressure.Comfortable validating CMS configurations or reviewing pages for functionality and quality.Have at least 5 years of experience managing web or digital projects in an agency environment.Fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable collaborating with teammates and clients across Spain and the United States.What You'll DoMaintain a global view of all active web projects — track progress, identify blockers, and keep delivery on schedule.Act as the connector between strategy, design, and development teams, ensuring clear alignment and communication.Translate client discussions into actionable, prioritized tasks and deliverables.Create and maintain organized ClickUp cards for dev handoffs and monitor task dependencies and deadlines.Host internal standups and team check-ins, keeping meetings structured and efficient.Foster an environment of accountability, enthusiasm, and open communication within the team.Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are validated before closing tasks.Identify recurring inefficiencies or communication gaps and suggest process improvements.Prepare short weekly summaries of progress, upcoming work, and potential blockers.Balance workloads based on availability and project complexity, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams.Perks & Benefits15 observed holidays + 23 PTO days per yearIndefinite contract following a trial period of 6 monthsPermanent remote work + work-from-home stipendDedicated budget for professional developmentOnsite retreats at our Bilbao HQThe opportunity to join a dynamic, close-knit team that loves going to work with and for each other every day€40,000 - €50,000 a yearAbout TerraTerra is a digital marketing and creative agency built by an integrated and international team of content creators, strategists, designers, and developers.
