At Euro London we’re on the hunt for a Lisbon based creative, data-driven Website & UX Manager to take the helm of our client’s digital experience across nine international storefronts, all powered by Magento 2 and Hyva themes.This is your chance to blend technical expertise with user-centric design, ensuring every interaction is seamless, engaging, and conversion-focused.Based in central Lisbon ( Av. da Liberdade), you’ll collaborate with our client's Magento 2 developers, territory managers, and marketing teams to deliver standout digital experiences—from content management and UX optimization to email marketing and localized messaging. If you’re passionate about evolving digital platforms and love turning data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoContent & Multi-Store ManagementOwn the content strategy and updates across all nine storefronts, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.Work within Magento 2’s multi-store architecture, managing customizations and coordinating with developers for technical implementations.Partner with territory managers to tailor messaging, translations, and campaigns for each market.UX Design & Conversion OptimizationLead data-driven UX improvements, using analytics, user research, and A/B testing to enhance user journeys and boost conversions.Champion responsive design and accessibility, ensuring a flawless experience on every device.Design and implement user-centered changes that make shopping intuitive and enjoyable.Performance & AnalyticsMonitor website performance, engagement metrics, and conversion funnels, identifying opportunities for optimization.Use tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to measure impact and refine strategies.Stay ahead of Magento 2 and Hyva updates, bringing best practices and fresh ideas to the table.Email Marketing & LocalizationPrepare and coordinate HTML email campaigns, ensuring they’re on-brand, engaging, and effective.Work closely with teams to deliver country-specific messaging and translations.What You BringExperience & Skills2-5 years in website management, with hands-on Magento 2 CMS experience.A strong UX portfolio—show our client how you’ve improved user experiences and driven results.Experience with multi-store or multi-brand platforms is a big plus.Comfort with HTML/CSS for content tweaks, and familiarity with Figma/Adobe XD for design collaboration.Knowledge of web analytics tools and a love for data-driven decision-making.Nice-to-HavesExperience with Hyva theme framework—if you’ve worked with it, great!
