We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, creating unforgettable experiences, and building strong partnerships with leading resorts and vendors.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Wedding Sales Manager to drive new business, ensure a seamless experience for our couples, and strengthen our resort and vendor relationships. This is a hybrid role combining sales, client relationship management, and on-site resort engagement.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead ManagementIdentify new lead sources and creative opportunities to grow our client base.Guide couples through our offerings, resort options, pricing, and packages to help them make confident decisions.Follow up with leads to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure conversions.2. Couples Experience & Resort CommunicationAct as the main point of contact between couples, resort wedding teams, and room block departments. Maintain a rapid response time (we advertise 15-20minutes).Manage all communications, logistics, and operations throughout the wedding planning process.Create, track, and manage room block contracts and financial agreements for couples.Proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional client satisfaction.3. Resort & Vendor Relationship DevelopmentBuild and maintain relationships with resort and vendor partners through consistent communication and on-site visits.Conduct site tours, tastings, and inspections to gain firsthand experience of venues and services.Request & Capture photo and video content during visits for the marketing and social media teams.4. Brand Representation & NetworkingRepresent Wedding Plan 360 professionally with all partners, clients, and vendors.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s reputation and strengthening its presence in the Riviera Maya region.Collaborate with resorts and local partners to drive awareness and referrals.Ideal CandidatePrevious experience working within a resort’s weddings or room block department (required).Experience at a travel agency specializing in destination weddings (preferred).Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required.Strong organizational and customer service abilities with attention to detail.Based in Quintana Roo or nearby, available for resort visits and occasional travel.Self-motivated, proactive, and professional with a passion for weddings and hospitality.Compensation & Benefits$20,000 MXN/month base salaryPerformance-based bonuses tied to client conversions, satisfaction, and lead generationTravel allowance for site visits and resort activitiesGrowth opportunities within a fast-expanding destination wedding agencyTravel perks and access to exclusive industry events
