Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Aruba. We are seeking a strategic sales leader who will build and develop a highly effective team of agents. This leader will leverage the Weichert Blueprint to achieve a significant market presence in Aruba and ensure strong, consistent profitability. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership to achieve company objectives and growth targetsOversee day-to-day operations, including sales, administration, and client servicesRelentlessly focused on Recruitment, Managing, and Coaching AgentsEnsure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and brand requirementsMonitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets effectivelyRepresent Weichert Aruba Realty in the local and international market with professionalism and integrityQualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)Minimum of 5+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or related industriesStrong financial management and business development skillsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilitiesDemonstrated ability to motivate teams and achieve business objectivesKnowledge of the Aruba real estate market is advantageousWhat We Offer: Competitive compensation package with an attractive bonus structureBe part of our Pre-Opening Team for Weichert Aruba Realty and become the first General Manager to lead a respected international real estate brand in Aruba.
