Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Strategist located in Aruba. The Property Strategist will be responsible for advising clients, conducting market research, developing property investment plans, and managing client relationships.
Daily tasks include evaluating properties, generating marketing materials, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes. The Property Strategist will work closely with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions.
