The company strives to deliver top-tier services in the oil and gas sector with a commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.Role DescriptionManaged key accounts and developed strong client relationships to ensure sustained business growth and customer satisfaction.Developed and implemented company strategies for growth, market expansion, and service diversification.Prepared and participated in developing commercial models for all tenders and proposals related to Well Testing, Slickline, and Completion services.Conducted financial planning and modeling for asset expansion, operational investments, and institutional growth.Monitored and followed up on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to optimize cash flow.Led a multidisciplinary team of Contract and Sales Engineers handling Well Testing, Slickline, and Completion operations.Actively participated in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives and due diligence activities.Engaged in Cost Recovery model development with exploration and production (E&P) companies.Led strategic projects, ensuring proper governance, conducting sensitivity analyses, financial valuations, and post-implementation performance reviews.Conducted comprehensive analysis and planning for Production Solutions including Early Production Facilities (EPF), Well Intervention, Production Facilities, and Water Treatment, integrating both financial and operational performance assessments.QualificationsExperience 10 to 15 in sales within the oil and gas industryStrong client relationship management and business development skillsTechnical knowledge of well testing and Slickline services and operationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAnalytical skills and experience in market analysisProactive approach with strong problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fieldAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
