Position: Metabolic Wellness CoachHQ: KathmanduJob Objective: To support USV initiatives by conducting Diabetes, Hypertension, Lipid and Neuropathy detection camps, and counsel hypertension, diabetes and pre-diabetes patients on lifestyle modification, disease complications, and treatment adherence thereby reducing the burden on treating doctors and improving patient outcomes.Key Responsibility:Patient Counselling & EducationCounsel patients with Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Diabetes and pre-diabetes on:Disease understanding & risk of complicationsImportance of treatment adherence Self-monitoring of blood glucose & blood pressureDiet planning & Physical activity recommendationsDetection CampsPlan, organize, and conduct Diabetes, Hypertension, Lipid and Neuropathy detection camps in coordination with medical representatives in Kathmandu.Record and report camp findings accurately for further action.Doctor & Field Force SupportReduce doctors' time spent on basic patient education by handling initial counselling.Support MRs in implementing hypertension & diabetes awareness programs.Data Management & ReportingMaintain records of camps, patients counselled, and outcomes.Share periodic reports with the team and management.
