About Client: A dynamic company operating through B2B partners, actively participating in the Thai market events. While we do not have a physical presence in Thailand, we are committed to expanding our reach and enhancing our relationships in the region. Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Managing Director to lead our operations in Thailand. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in direct selling and digital marketing, capable of driving growth and developing strong partnerships. This role requires innovative thinking, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive market strategy to drive sales and brand awareness in ThailandBuild and maintain relationships with B2B partners to enhance collaboration and business opportunitiesLead the direct sales initiatives and digital marketing efforts to promote our offeringsAnalyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to align strategies for growthCollaborate with international teams to ensure cohesive messaging and presence across digital platformsManage and mentor the local team, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous improvementRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in ThailandManage full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial targets and profitability are achieved Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Managing Director or similar positionStrong background in direct selling or digital marketing, with specific knowledge of retail sales preferredSolid knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and omnichannel strategies Excellent understanding of the Thai market and government policies affecting business operationsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersResults-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growthStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilitiesStrong communication both Thai and English What We Offer:
