海外解决方案经理

职位描述1. 独立主导如港口/机场/口岸/内陆场站/物流园区/工厂等大型物流场景的解决方案编制工作2. 独立开展对外推介及调研工作，能引导客户并发掘项目实际需求3. 对内统筹公司相关部门及第三方资源完成项目的前期方案设计及招投标工作4. 对外进行技术经营，输出解决方案思路和成果、推动项目落地5. 组织落实团队标准化工作6. 带教区域属地化解决方案经理7. 负责领导安排的其他工作Job Description1. Independently lead the development of comprehensive solutions for large-scale logistics scenarios such as ports, airports, border ports, inland terminals, logistics parks, and factories.2. Independently conduct external presentations and research, capable of guiding clients and uncovering the project's actual requirements.3. Internally coordinate company departments and third-party resources to complete the project's preliminary design and bidding work.4. Conduct external technical business development, output solution ideas and results, and drive project implementation.5. Organize and implement team standardization work.6. Mentor and train regional/local Solution Managers.7. Responsible for other tasks assigned by leadership.职位要求1.本科及以上学历2.五年以上自动驾驶、设备自动化、机器人、物流、港口、机场等领域工作经验3.学习能力强，沟通协调力以及执行力佳，语言表达能力强4. 英语为日常工作语言，熟练与国外同事及客户进行口语沟通，5.有较好的文档及PPT撰写制作能力6.能适应海外出差需要Job Requirements1. Bachelor's degree or higher.2. Five or more years of work experience in fields such as autonomous driving, equipment automation, robotics, logistics, ports, airportsStrong learning ability, excellent communication and coordination skills, strong execution ability, and proficient verbal expression.3. English as a working language, proficient in oral communication with international colleagues and clients.4. Strong document and PowerPoint writing/production skills.5. Ability to adapt to overseas business trips.
