If you love building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping brands expand into the U.S. market, you’ll feel right at home here.In this role, you’ll be right at the heart of everything we do in China. You’ll work closely with sellers, partners, event organizers, and internal teams to help Chinese brands scale in the U.S. market using LOCAD’s fulfillment network. From attending events to designing solutions to onboarding new customers — you’ll be the face of LOCAD on the ground.What You’ll Be Doing:Running strategic plans to target Chinese brands and vendors selling into the U.S.Working hand-in-hand with our Marketing team to follow up on warm leads.Bringing in leads through events, partnerships, affiliates, and industry networks.Converting leads through pitching, consultative conversations, and tailored solutions.Coordinating and executing marketing activities, especially events and partner programs.Building strong relationships with e-commerce associations and key ecosystem players.Prepping and delivering presentations at events, meetups, and partner sessions.Crafting customized solutions for key customers and helping onboard them smoothly.Training clients on LOCAD basics and helping them understand our operational flow.Improving customer satisfaction through better account management processes.What You Bring:7+ years of experience in cross-border e-commerce — whether in marketing, partnerships, operations, logistics, or KAM.Experience in U.S. logistics, warehousing, and courier services.Strong understanding of the U.S. last-mile delivery ecosystem and fulfillment networks.You’re great with creative selling, especially consultative approaches.You can negotiate your way through tough conversations and still close deals.You take ownership, lead with initiative, and care about results.Bachelor’s degree or above.You speak and write fluently in both English and Mandarin.Solid project management skills.Bonus points if you understand U.S. e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Walmart, BestBuy, Lowe’s, Wayfair, Houzz, DTC brands, etc.).Comfortable traveling across China (mainly Guangdong, Zhejiang, Fujian, Shanghai).
