We offer flexible and cost-effective semiconductor fabrication solutions by maintaining fully equipped SMIF cleanroom environment, 100% equipment automation and proven wafer-manufacturing processes.We're looking for innovative, passionate, and talented people like you to join our team.We’re searching for a Senior Associate Engineer to be part of our Diffusion (Wet) Department diverse team of talent.What you will be working on:To assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and Cpk indices to meet operations goalsPerform 12-hour shift duties to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for productionPerform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basisAssist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipmentTrouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtimeAssist in implementing process improvement projectsAssist new Associate Engineers on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as buddyParticipate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module, and constantly monitor and feedback to Engineers to improve performance of equipment to meet Module objectivesMaintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the ModuleMore about you:Diploma/ ITC/ NTC in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Microelectronics/ Chemical Process TechnologyAt least 2 - 5 years working experience in electrical / electronics industry for Associate Engineer PositionFresh diploma holders will also be consideredAble to perform 12-hour rotating shiftTeam PlayerSSMC is firmly committed to upholding equal employment opportunities for all individuals.
