We foster a culture of inclusion through: Talent, Education & Communication, Employee Groups and Celebration.,To work in conjunction with key functional areas (merchandising, account planning, sales, sourcing and BP&A) to assist in the development, forecasting and retail delivery of a well-balanced, lifestyle appropriate assortments that provide both volume and margin growth for our retail partners and reflects the seasonal RL merchandising vision for the Menswear WHSL businesses.,Attend and participate in all merchandising and business related meetingsPrepare and maintain all tools relative to the assortment planning processAssist with projection management from initial pre-planning stage through line openingEnsure accuracy of all style information submitted to production/merchandisingDefine items in system to needed brand, season, and deliveryDevelop and update various tools for market prep to be used as selling tool for all account planning and sales meetingsVarious ad-hoc projects that will require a full understanding of product life cycleSalary range: $20.6 - $42.85 hourly,Experience1-2 years of apparel industry experience, preferredSkills & BehaviorsAbility to be flexible and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyHigh level of accuracy, detail orientation and organization skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAssertive and solution-oriented when faced with obstaclesGeneral understanding of customer, marketplace and productBasic understanding of the product lifecycleSystems & ToolsRetail MathMicrosoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint
