Windows and Virtualization Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Windows servers including installation configuration and troubleshootingOversee Active Directory services including user and group management GPO implementation and security best practicesDevelop and maintain PowerShell or other scripting solutions for automation and system management tasksExperience with VMWare and VDI Horizon for virtualization and desktop infrastructure managementFamiliarity with AWS GCC Government Cloud for cloud infrastructure management and security complianceMonitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operationCollaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and resolve technical issuesImplement and maintain security measures to protect systems and dataWhat We Are Looking ForProven experience as a Windows Administrator or similar roleIn-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory servicesProficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell VBScript or batch scriptingExperience with VMWare and VDI Horizon for virtualization and desktop infrastructure managementFamiliarity with AWS for cloud infrastructure management and security complianceFamiliarity with system monitoring tools and techniquesStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesRelevant certifications such as MCSE MCSA or CompTIA Server+Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
