About The RoleWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and help scale Wio’s growth across every channel. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of performance campaigns that drive acquisition, engagement, and product adoption — all while obsessing over conversion metrics and customer journeys. What You’ll Be DoingPerformance Strategy & ExecutionLead performance marketing campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic to drive growth and product activation Partner with media agencies to ensure smooth execution and real-time optimizations Own budget allocation, media mix, and audience segmentation strategies to maximize ROI Owned Assets & Conversion OptimizationWork with product and tech teams to enhance our website, app, and landing pages for conversion and SEO performance Leverage analytics to fine-tune funnels across owned channels Drive initiatives that turn visitors into users — and users into loyal customers Full-Funnel MarketingBuild and manage strategies across the entire funnel — awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention Align with our Customer Lifecycle Manager to integrate lifecycle and performance touchpoints Data, Tools & MartechActivate campaigns using analytics and martech platforms like Appsflyer, GA4, Firebase, and Mixpanel Develop segmented strategies for different customer groups — from retail users to SMEs and investors Cross-Functional CollaborationTeam up with lifecycle, creative, product, and content teams to support product launches and brand campaigns Ensure all digital marketing efforts align with Wio’s broader growth and customer journey strategies Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor key metrics (reach, engagement, leads, CAC, LTV, etc.
) and extract actionable insights Deliver reports and recommendations that unlock performance at every stage of the funnel What You’ll Need6–8 years of experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in banking, fintech, or financial services Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns (SEM, paid social, display, retargeting, SEO, programmatic) Deep hands-on knowledge of marketing tools:
Appsflyer, Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear strategies Experience working closely with digital agencies and internal product/tech teams Familiarity with acquisition and retention strategies for both B2C and B2B segments Experience in CRM-based and lifecycle-driven marketing is a major plus Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
