Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & RoadmapCo-develop and continuously evolve the Workday HCM roadmap in close collaboration with Business, HR and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic priorities. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize system features and improvements. Ensure a user-centric approach to development, balancing operational efficiency with a high-quality employee experience. Coordinate and lead planning, testing, and communication efforts around Workday’s semi-annual releases.

HR System Development Lead or contribute to Workday development initiatives across all HR domains, including Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Talent. Joint ownership of development for domains in Workday that intersect HR and Finance operations. Continuously identify and drive opportunities to streamline and automate people processes and improve efficiency through system enhancements and process design. Provide guidance on system capabilities and limitations; contribute to decision-making through comparison with other HRIS solutions where appropriate. Support & GovernanceServe as a key support to HR Business Partners (BHR) and the Shared Services Center (SSC):

Execute mass data uploads, fulfill data and reporting requests, and managing business process fixes Support the resolution of process-related issues in ongoing HR and SSC operations, such as related to access Triage and address Workday-related inquiries from employees and managers, partnering with relevant stakeholders as needed. Proactively manage data integrity, optimize existing system configurations, and support integrations. Experience & SkillsProven experience in HR technology with in-depth expertise in one or more HR functional areas (e. g. , talent acquisition, compensation, performance, core HR). Hands-on experience with Workday configurations, security roles, reporting, and business processes.

Comfortable working with agile development methodologies and related tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence). Awareness of Workday's limitations and opportunities, with comparative knowledge of other HRIS platforms considered a plus. Excellent English communication skills – clear, concise, and effective in both written and verbal forms. Soft Skills & MindsetStrategic thinker with the ability to connect detailed system development to broader business goals. Ability to see the big picture beyond individual silos. Highly collaborative and inquisitive, able to understand needs across multiple domains. Committed to stakeholder enablement by promoting self-sufficiency across the organization.

Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a other applicable field. Workday Pro certification or equivalent hands-on expertise is considered beneficial, but not required.

Experience working in SaaS, technology, or fast-paced international environments is an advantage.
